Using pantry staples and some classic techniques, Chef Shelly will show students how easy and delicious making your own flavorful condiments can be. Take home the recipes and taste test them all on salad greens, roasted potatoes, fresh vegetables and breads. Recipes include: Herb Sauces—Pesto and Chimichurri, Vinaigrettes and Ranch Dressings, Red Pepper Romesco Sauce, Asian Peanut Sauce and Lemon Tahini Sauce, and Garlic Aioli.
Provides an exercise program designed for people with arthritis and other chronic pain. Students learn a series of exercises and activities designed to increase mobility, maintain/increase muscle strength, and build overall stamina and increase muscle function. Students should consult with a physician before starting any exercise program.
