Provides instruction in various basket weaving techniques including twill weaving, triple wailing and braiding. The focus is on how to achieve a well-constructed basket. An additional supply fee is required.
Provides instruction using different acrylic painting techniques on different medium such as canvas, wood, metal, gourds and more. Students will be working on individual projects.
Introduces beginning fused glass while learning to cut, grind and arrange glass elements for a successful tack fused cabochon, etched dichroic cabochon and a four-inch full-fused tile. Students will also be taught glass chemistry and properties, kiln firing schedules, and health and safety in the art of fusing. Additional supplies required.
Trying to get organized on your own but are not seeing the results you would like? Do you look at your clutter but are not sure where to start? Don't give up! During this two-session class, students will receive tips and tricks on how to get organized, as well as how to stay that way. The last session will be a follow up for students to share their progress and hear about the progress of others in the class and possibly gain some more tips.
Focuses on the basic elements and techniques of watercolor painting. After introduction and practice, students will be able to work on individual projects with the instructor's assistance and guidance.
