Designed for Hazardous materials (H) endorsement applicants seeking an H endorsement, as defined in § 383.93(c)(4). Provides curriculum for driver-trainee to operate commercial motor vehicles used in the transportation of hazardous materials (HM) as defined in § 383.5. Must complete this curriculum in order to take the state-administered knowledge test for the H endorsement.
