Dept. of Health Services requires mandatory attendance for All classes, labs and clinicals. You are responsible for the class fee if you do not drop before the class starts. Purchase required textbooks and bring to all classes. An electronic version of the curriculum manual and student handbook used in this course is available within the course Blackboard shell.
REQUIRED AT FIRST CLASS: A current government-issued photo ID (State ID, Driver’s license, passport) is required at the first class.
Class includes in-person meetings at scheduled times and required online instructional activities. Students will need access to a computer and internet service for this class.
