This class is a continuation of the introductory Mindfulness in Meditation class. Students will learn additional skills to deepen and broaden your mindfulness practice with an emphasis on reducing stress.Learn precise techniques for skill building in stress reduction, increasing fulfillment and happiness, improving focus and productivity at work and having better relationships with others.Mindfulness is paying attention in a particular way, with kindness and curiosity to whatever arises. These experiential classes are divided into theory, practice, and an interactive Q&A segment in a supportive and relaxed environment. Course is led by a highly trained teacher and practitioner with over 25 years of dedicated meditation practice, Donna Janus.
