Upon successful completion of all Family Child Care certificate classes (C or higher), students have the option to commission to earn a credential through The Registry for an additional fee. Visit www.the-registry.org/Credentials/Commissions for more information.
Class includes at least one in-person meeting and required online instructional activities. For specific in-person meeting dates, view Meeting Pattern details in Workday. At least 50% of class instruction will be provided online. You will need a broadband internet connection and may need a webcam OR you can use a workstation at any FVTC location. On the class start date, log in to Blackboard at https://fvtc.blackboard.com/. Here you will find the instructor contact information, class syllabus and instructions on how to begin the class.
