Wednesday, March 4 - Sensory Support with Stephanie Winkel

Join us for an in-depth training that explores strategies for supporting all 8 sensory systems in young children! In this session, we'll dive into practical, evidence-based techniques to help educators, caregivers, and professionals understand and address sensory needs. From touch and taste to movement and balance, learn how to create inclusive environments that support sensory regulation and promote positive learning experiences.

Wednesday, April 8 - Early Literacy with Peggy Goltz

The science of reading is an important part of today’s elementary programs.  This class will explore the impact of these evidence-based strategies on early childhood and how to ensure you provide support and instruction to build essential foundational skills for future readers.  The class will explore read-alouds, early language development, and essential early literacy skills that young children should learn and experience.

Wednesday, May 6 - Beginning Social Skills with Peggy Goltz

This workshop invites educators to explore strategies to promote sharing, turn-taking, and emotional regulation in young children.  The class will include brief discussions of current research and program options; practical techniques—such as modeling calm responses, using simple scripts to label feelings, structured play routines that scaffold turn-taking, and predictable visual supports—and formative ways to measure progress.  Participants will practice age-appropriate phrases and interaction methods to help children name emotions, practice problem-solving, and build empathy, leaving with ready-to-use prompts and resources to support classroom implementation.
