Multiple Offender Program TSS

Specialized course for people who have experienced more than one operating under the influence offense or who have been assessed as needing a more intensive program than the regular Group Dynamics course. Participation of a Concerned Other is required at two sessions. Emphasis will be on development of a plan to avoid future OWI-behavior.

The Order of Assessment and Driver Safety Plan that you received from the assessment agency required you to enroll in the Multiple Offender Program.

NOTICE: You have 1 year from the date of your assessment to fully complete a course. It is your responsibility to be aware of this date and to verify that the class you are enrolled in meets this requirement.

FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BY THE END OF THE DAY on JUNE 13, 2026.

(If full payment has not been received by the payment due date, you will be removed from the class section and be reported to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation as noncompliant with your drivers safety plan).

ATTENDANCE:  Attendance in all classes is required. Failure to attend all classes will result in non-compliance that will be reported to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. No refunds will be provided for failure to successfully attend all class dates as scheduled.

CONCERNED OTHER: You are required to bring a concerned other with you to class on July 20 & August 5. Failure to bring a concerned other with you to class on these dates will result in a failure of the course. No refunds will be provided for failure to successfully complete this course.

CONDUCT:  You must abstain from the use of alcohol and/or controlled substances (except prescribed medications) for 24 hours before class time. If you are under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances, you will be reported as non-compliant and will be required to contact the assessment agency for reassessment.
