Focuses on the basic elements and techniques of watercolor painting. After introduction and practice students will be able to work on individual projects with the instructor’s assistance and guidance.
Supplies needed:
1.    A set of liquid watercolors in jars or tubes.  $20 and up.
2.    A palette (tray to mix colors on)
3.    Drawing Board, you can carry to stretch watercolor paper on to.  This reduces paper wrinkling.
4.    3-5 watercolor brushes various sizes (flat and round tips) Think about size to cover large areas and a size to produce small strokes or details.
5.    Masking tape (1 roll)
6.    Watercolor paper Price depends on size and quality of paper
7.    Liquid mask or rubber cement
8.    Small empty spray bottle for water.
9.    Photo’s, Pictures, Ideas you would like to work on.
10.    Optional Frisket (which is a paper mask)
